📦 Shipping Time

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  
• You will receive a track & trace link via email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your delivery in real-time.

At YASU, we care about your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

🔁 Return Conditions:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  
• Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
  Due to the nature of our product (matcha), we cannot accept returns of opened packages for hygiene and safety reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using your original payment method.
