At YASU, we care about your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to return your item within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

🔁 Return Conditions:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  
• Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
  Due to the nature of our product (matcha), we cannot accept returns of opened packages for hygiene and safety reasons.
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using your original payment method.
  
  

📬 How to return a product:

1. Email us at hello@yasumatcha.com with your order number and reason for return.
   
2. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
   
3. Please package the item carefully to avoid damage during transit.
   
4. Once we receive and verify the return, you will receive a confirmation and refund.
   

❗️Exceptions

• We cannot accept returns of items where the seal or packaging has been opened, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
